We developed a comprehensive marketing kit to house all product information for Prudential Financial Variable Annuities. Six color-coded versions of the kit were developed for distinct sales channels under the Prudential Financial and American Skandia brands. A comprehensive 80-page guidelines document was developed to guide internal production staff in the creation of supplemental materials. The custom pocketfolder presented retirement planning and general annuity information in three overview brochures that fit into the left pocket. The right side of the folder included a slit to hold product-specific fact sheets, with all disclosure and application information securely held in a capacity pocket in the back. Bright blue skies were utilized as a common theme throughout – to present a consistent aspirational tone and illustrate common activities that people planning their retirement look forward to.
